They were unsung members of the US Army during WWII who told Vickie Williams, playwright, their story:

Cpl. Roy Richardson
(late) LTC Clarence Jamison
(late) SSG Thomas Austin
(late) SGT James Travis

Commemorative will be performed:
Saturday, Nov. 8th, 7:30 PM, and
Sunday, Nov. 9th, 3:00 PM

Karamu, Jelliffe Theatre

Darlene, A writer reflects on a failed attempt to get a publishing deal on a coffee table book based on extraordinary and notable black Clevelanders. Instead, her efforts unveiled something much greater — untold stories of four Tuskegee airmen, CPL Roy Richardson, (Late) SSG Thomas Austin, (Late) LTC Clarence Jamison, and (Late) SGT James Travis. Their stories of deception and racism and their contributions to history are told in their own voices.
